The International Institute for Private Equity and Investment Banking is providing advisory services to a number of large institutional and government partners including the US Department of Commerce. Bank of America / Merrill Lynch
Bank of America is an American multinational banking and financial
services corporation headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. It is
the second largest bank holding company in the United States by assets.

States by total revenue, and the third-largest non-oil company in the
U.S. (after Walmart and General Electric). In 2010, Forbes listed Bank

Goldman Sachs
Goldman Sachs is an American multinational investment
banking firm that engages in global investment banking, securities, investment
management, and other financial services primarily with institutional clients. The
firm provides mergers and acquisitions advice, underwriting services, asset
management, and prime brokerage to its clients, which include corporations,
governments and individuals. The firm also engages in market making and private
equity deals, and is a primary dealer in the United States Treasury security
market. It is recognized as one of the premier investment banks in the world.
RBS Group
The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) serves more than 40 million individuals and institutions through 30 different brands.
RBS employs approximately 123,000 people worldwide.
The company’s UK Corporate division provides banking, finance, and risk management services to the corporate and SME sector in the United Kingdom through a network of relationship managers, and telephone and Internet channels. The product range includes asset finance through the Lombard brand. Its Wealth division offers private banking and investment services, offshore banking services, and international private banking services.
PEIB also has a special interest in and a close working relationships with numerous sovereign wealth funds that are continuing to grow and to accumulate assets at a very high rate. Sovereign wealth funds have grown by more than $1tn since 2011 and represent an aggregate $5.4tn in total assets under management and are of great importance to the private equity and to the investment banking industries.

instance, has returned 4.9% over the last five years, significantly higher than
US and global equities.
